DFA SPEED and AGILITY PROGRAM

For all young athletes, U8-U19

Dayton Futbol Academy is excited to launch our specialized Speed & Agility Program designed to get players in peak condition for the upcoming spring season! This program is open to all DFA players and any other young athletes looking to enhance their performance on the field.

• Enhance Coordination: Improve body control, balance, and footwork.

• Prevent Injuries: Learn techniques to build resilience and reduce the risk of common soccer injuries.

• Peak Spring Season Fitness: Arrive after the first of the year ready to take the field.

Program Details:

Our expert-led sessions will focus on dynamic warm-ups, plyometrics, agility drills, and speed mechanics, all tailored to an athlete's age and developmental stage. Sessions will be held both indoors and outdoors to provide a versatile training experience.

Led by the Expert:

We are thrilled to have Caleb Norton, Physical Therapist, leading these sessions. Caleb brings a wealth of knowledge in biomechanics and athletic performance to help each participant safely and effectively improve.

Schedule:

The program will run on Monday evenings from November 10th to December 22nd.

• November 10th

• November 17th

• December 1st

• December 8th

• December 15th

• December 22nd

Age Groups & Times:

• Ages 6-11: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

• Ages 12+: 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM

What to Bring:

• Soccer cleats (recommended for both indoor and outdoor surfaces)

• Water bottle

• Comfortable athletic wear

Investment:

• DFA Players: $60

• Non-DFA Players: $120
